Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like lace front wigs, hair extensions, and cosmetics must remain sealed to be eligible for a refund.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact, and include a copy of your invoice inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for your records.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
